Excellent customer service - when I arrived, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. The staff immediately transferred me to another room where I had a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered an airport shuttle, convenient for my travel needs. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The pool was a great feature of the hotel, providing a nice place to relax and cool off during the weekend. It was a good size and offered both shade and sunshine. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay.
The airport shuttle service was unreliable and not available on weekends, an inconvenience for those needing transportation to and from the airport. there was limited variety in the food served throughout the week, which became repetitive and monotonous.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The spacious rooms were comfortable, especially for my family. My wife, our 3-year-old child, and I had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in a nice area with many great restaurants nearby. it was close to all the main attractions, great to easily explore this city. The staff were also very friendly and made an effort to communicate in English, which I greatly appreciated.
Can't fault anything about it.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location in the Moema district was perfect for exploring the area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient. Secondly, the staff at this hotel was top-notch. They were friendly, accommodating, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services were all prompt and of high quality. Lastly, the hotel amenities were great. I enjoyed relaxing by the swimming pool, which was nice and long. The garden area was also lovely, with comfortable furniture to enjoy the outdoors.
Families will definitely enjoy their stay at this hotel.
